Job description:
To act as the HR representative for identified (groups of) customers within the Company in order to ensure that all HR processes and policies are implemented and applied in a compliant way
To collect specific HR needs from the business and employee side within the area in scope and propose and implement specific HR plans and initiatives addressing the identified needs
To acts as the point of contact between the customers and the HR specialists and operations by managing the communication and documentation flows
To advise and coach people managers on specific HR actions and the related HR procedures and policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Defines an annual HR plan for the allocated business areas
Participates in the regular management meetings of the customers to understand the business situation and capture specific HR needs and issues
Translates corporate HR projects and processes into the business environment in scope and manages their implementation
Manages the probation process and collect probationary input of new hires from the line managers
Supports the staffing requirements and processes via collecting and challenging requests for hires, the related business justifications, and assisting interviews of short listed and final candidates ; advices on hiring decisions
Collects Individual and Business wide development plans and transfers them to the Training Department ; supports the design and organization of development programs where required.
